Subscription Management

The Subscription Management page provides a centralized view of all company subscriptions. Administrators can monitor subscription details, filter records by company or status, and update subscription information as needed.

Subscription Overview

The Subscription Management page displays all subscriptions in a structured table, allowing administrators to track active, inactive, and expired subscriptions.

Each subscription record includes:

  • Company Contact
  • Assigned Plan
  • Subscription Start Date
  • Subscription End Date
  • Subscription Price
  • Current Status
  • Available Actions

Filter Subscriptions

The page provides filtering options to quickly locate specific subscription records.

  • Company Filter - Select a company from the Select Company dropdown to display subscriptions associated with that company only.
  • Status Filter - Use the Select Status dropdown to filter subscriptions based on their current status, such as Active or Inactive.

Subscription Information

Each row in the table contains the following subscription details.

Contact

Displays the company name along with the registered contact email address associated with the subscription.

Plan

Shows the subscription plan currently assigned to the company.

Examples include:

  • Lifetime Plan
  • Free Trial

Start Date

Displays the date on which the subscription became active.

End Date

Shows the subscription expiry date.

If NA is displayed, the subscription does not have a predefined expiration date.

Price

Displays the total amount charged for the selected subscription plan.

Status

Indicates whether the subscription is currently active.

  • Active - The company has access to the subscribed services.
  • Inactive - The subscription has expired or is currently unavailable.

Available Actions

Edit Subscription

Click the Edit icon to modify subscription details.

Administrators can update information such as:

  • Assigned plan
  • Subscription dates
  • Pricing
  • Subscription status

Best Practices

  • Review subscription status regularly to prevent service interruptions.
  • Verify subscription dates before making changes.
  • Keep subscription pricing updated.
  • Monitor inactive subscriptions for renewal opportunities.
  • Use filters to quickly locate specific subscription records.
Tip : Regularly review subscription records to ensure companies have the correct plans, accurate billing information, and uninterrupted access to platform services.

Edit Subscription

The Edit Subscription page allows administrators to review and modify an existing company’s subscription. From this page, administrators can view subscription details, manage the tools included in the subscription, review payment information, and update the subscription status.

Subscription Overview

The top section displays the company’s subscription information, providing a quick summary of the assigned plan and customer details.

The overview includes:

  • Company Name
  • Assigned Plan
  • Contact Person
  • Email Address
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Next Billing Date

Subscription Details

Company Name

Displays the name of the company associated with the subscription.

Assigned Plan

Shows the subscription plan currently assigned to the company.

Example:

  • Lifetime Plan

Contact Person

Displays the primary contact responsible for the subscription.

Email Address

Shows the registered email address used for communication and account management.

Start Date

Displays the date when the subscription became active.

End Date

Shows the subscription expiry date. For lifetime subscriptions, the system displays Lifetime instead of an expiry date.

Next Billing Date

Displays the next scheduled billing date for renewable subscriptions. If the subscription does not renew automatically, N/A is displayed.

Current Tools

The Current Tools section lists all tools currently included in the subscription.

Each tool card displays:

  • Tool Name
  • Price
  • Selection Status

Administrators can select or deselect tools to customize the subscription according to business requirements.

Examples include:

  • WhatsApp Accounts
  • Received Messages
  • Number Verification

Payment Summary

The Payment Summary panel provides a complete breakdown of the subscription charges.

The summary includes:

  • Platform Fee
  • Individual Tool Charges
  • Subtotal
  • VAT
  • Total Amount

This section automatically reflects the total cost of the selected subscription.

Subscription Status

Administrators can update the current subscription status.

Available options include:

  • Active - The company has access to all subscribed services.
  • Inactive - Access to the subscription is temporarily disabled.

Update Subscription

Click Update Subscription to save all modifications made to the subscription. The updated configuration is applied immediately after the changes are saved.

Cancel Changes

Click Cancel to discard any unsaved changes and return to the previous page.

Best Practices

  • Verify customer information before making subscription changes.
  • Review selected tools to ensure the company has access only to required features.
  • Confirm the payment summary before updating the subscription.
  • Update the subscription status only when necessary.
  • Review billing dates to prevent service interruptions.
