Plan Management

The Plan Management page allows administrators to create, view, and manage subscription plans offered on the platform. Each plan defines its billing type, duration, pricing, recurring payment settings, and availability status.

Plan Overview

The Plan Management page displays all available subscription plans in a structured table, making it easy to monitor and maintain plan offerings.

Each plan record includes:

  • Plan Name
  • Plan Type
  • Duration
  • Price
  • Recurring Status
  • Plan Status
  • Available Actions

Search Plans

Use the search field to quickly locate a specific subscription plan by entering its name. The search feature helps administrators find plans without scrolling through the complete list.

Status Filter

Use the status filter to display plans based on their current availability. Filtering plans allows administrators to quickly identify active or inactive plans for management purposes.

Plan Information

Each row in the table provides important details about a subscription plan.

Plan Name

Displays the name of the subscription plan available to customers.

Examples include:

  • Yearly Plan
  • Monthly Plan
  • Lifetime Plan
  • Free Trial

Plan Type

Indicates the billing cycle associated with the subscription.

Common plan types include:

  • Monthly
  • Yearly

Duration

Displays the subscription duration for the selected billing cycle. The duration value represents the length of the subscription before renewal or expiration.

Price

Shows the subscription fee associated with the selected plan. Pricing helps administrators verify the cost assigned to each subscription.

Recurring

Indicates whether the subscription automatically renews after the billing period.

  • Yes - The subscription renews automatically.
  • No - The subscription expires at the end of its validity period unless renewed manually.

Status

Displays whether the subscription plan is currently available for assignment. An Active status indicates that the plan can be assigned to companies.

Available Actions

Edit Plan

Select the Edit icon to modify an existing subscription plan. Administrators can update pricing, duration, recurring settings, or other plan details as required.

Delete Plan

Select the Delete icon to permanently remove a subscription plan from the system. Delete a plan only if it is no longer required or not assigned to active subscriptions.

Add New Plan

Click the Add Plan button to create a new subscription plan.

When creating a plan, administrators can define:

  • Plan Name
  • Billing Type
  • Duration
  • Pricing
  • Recurring Option
  • Status

Best Practices

  • Keep plan names clear and descriptive.
  • Verify pricing before activating a new plan.
  • Enable recurring billing only for renewable subscriptions.
  • Review plan availability regularly.
  • Avoid deleting plans that are currently assigned to active customers.
