Company Management

The Company Management section allows administrators to view and manage all registered companies within the platform. From this screen, you can search companies, filter records by status, and access company details.

Company List Overview

This page displays all companies in a structured table format, making it easy to monitor registered businesses and their account status.

Each company record includes:

  • Company Name
  • Contact Person
  • Contact Information
  • Account Status
  • Available Actions

Search Companies

Use the search field to quickly locate a company by entering its name. The search results update automatically and help administrators find records without browsing the entire list.

Status Filter

The status filter allows you to display companies based on their current account status.

Common status options include:

  • Active
  • Inactive

This helps administrators focus on specific groups of companies.

Company Information

Each row in the company table contains important company details.

  • Company - Displays the registered company name.
  • Name - Shows the primary contact person or administrator associated with the company.
  • Contact - Displays the registered email address and contact information for communication purposes.
  • Status - Indicates the current account status of the company.

An Active status means the company can access and use platform services.

Available Actions

View Company Details

The View icon allows administrators to open and review company information. You can use this option to verify company records and review account details.

Delete Company

The Delete icon permanently removes the company record from the platform. Use this action carefully, as deleted records may not be recoverable.

Best Practices

  • Keep company information updated.
  • Review company status regularly.
  • Verify contact details before making account changes.
  • Use search and filters to quickly locate records.
  • Delete records only when they are no longer required.
Tip: Use status filters and search together to quickly manage company records as your platform grows.

View Company Details

The Company Details page provides a complete overview of a selected company, including account information, subscription plans, and payment-related records. Administrators can manage company access, update details, assign subscriptions, and review plan history from a single screen.

Company Details Overview

This section displays the company’s basic information and account profile.

The profile card includes:

  • Company Name
  • Administrator Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Account Management Actions

This information helps administrators quickly identify and manage the selected company.

User Details

The User Details section displays the primary account holder associated with the company.

  • Administrator Name - Shows the user responsible for managing the company account.
  • Email Address - Displays the registered email address used for account communication and notifications.

Account Actions

  • Edit - Use the Edit button to update company or administrator information. This option allows administrators to keep account records accurate and up to date.
  • Suspend - The Suspend button temporarily restricts the company's access to the platform. Suspended companies cannot access platform services until the account is reactivated.

Subscription Tab

The Subscription tab displays all subscription plans assigned to the company.

Each subscription record includes:

  • Plan Name
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Total Amount
  • Current Status

This section helps administrators monitor active and historical subscriptions.

Subscription Information

  • Plan Name - Displays the name of the assigned subscription plan.
  • Start Date - Shows the date the subscription became active.
  • End Date - Displays the subscription expiration date. If no expiry exists, the system may display N/A.
  • Total - Shows the total amount associated with the subscription.
  • Status - Indicates the current subscription status.

An Active status means the company currently has access to subscribed services.

Subscription Actions

  • Assign Plan - Use the Assign Plan button to allocate a new subscription plan to the company. This is typically used when onboarding a company or upgrading services.
  • Cancel Subscription - Allows administrators to terminate an active subscription before its scheduled expiration. Use this option carefully, as it may affect company access and billing.
  • Edit Subscription - The Edit action allows administrators to update subscription information when required.

Payment Tab

The Payment tab contains payment records associated with the company’s subscriptions. Administrators can review payment history, billing activity, and transaction details for the selected company.

Best Practices

  • Verify company information before making account changes.
  • Regularly review subscription status and expiry dates.
  • Keep administrator contact information updated.
  • Use suspension only when access restrictions are necessary.
  • Review payment records before modifying subscriptions.
