Tool Management

The Tool Management page allows administrators to manage the tools and utilities available within the platform. Each tool includes a description, status, and configuration options that help control its availability for users.

Tool Overview

The Tool Management page displays all available tools in a structured table for easy administration.

Each tool record includes:

  • Tool Name
  • Description
  • Status
  • Available Actions

Tool Information

Each row provides information about a platform tool.

Tool Name

Displays the name of the available tool.

Examples include:

  • WhatsApp Accounts
  • Received Messages
  • Number Verification

Description

Provides a brief explanation of the tool’s purpose and functionality. This helps administrators understand how each tool is used within the platform.

Status

Indicates whether the tool is currently available.

  • Active - The tool is enabled and available for use.
  • Inactive - The tool is disabled and cannot be accessed by users.

Available Actions

View Tool Details

Click the View icon to open the selected tool and review or modify its configuration.

Best Practices

  • Keep tool descriptions clear and up to date.
  • Disable tools that are not currently required.
  • Periodically review tool availability.
  • Verify tool status after making configuration changes.
Tip : Review tool status regularly to ensure only the required platform features are available to users.

Edit Tool

The Edit Tool page allows administrators to update the information and availability of an existing platform tool. Changes made on this page are reflected wherever the tool is available within the system.

Tool Details

The Tool Details section contains the basic information for the selected tool.

Administrators can update:

  • Tool Name
  • Description
  • Status

Tool Name

Enter or modify the name of the tool. The name should clearly identify the functionality provided by the tool.

Description

Provide a short description explaining the purpose of the tool. A clear description helps administrators and users understand the tool’s functionality.

Status

Choose the availability of the tool.

  • Active - Enables the tool for use.
  • Inactive - Disables the tool without removing its configuration.

Save Changes

Click Save to apply all modifications made to the tool. The updated information becomes available immediately after saving.

Cancel Changes

Click Cancel to discard any unsaved changes and return to the previous page.

Best Practices

  • Use descriptive and consistent tool names.
  • Keep descriptions concise and informative.
  • Disable unused tools instead of deleting them.
  • Verify the selected status before saving changes.
Tip : Before saving changes, verify the tool name, description, and status to ensure the configuration accurately reflects the tool’s intended use.
