User Management

The User Management page allows administrators to manage all platform users from a single location. Administrators can search users, filter records by status, create new user accounts, and manage existing user information.

User Overview

The User Management page displays all registered users in a structured table for easy administration.

Each user record includes:

  • Profile Picture
  • User Name
  • Email Address
  • Assigned Role
  • Account Status
  • Available Actions

Search Users

Use the Search Users field to quickly locate a user by entering their name or email address.

The search results update based on the entered criteria, helping administrators find user records efficiently.

Status Filter

Use the status dropdown to display users based on their account status.

Common filter options include:

  • Active
  • Inactive

This makes it easier to manage users with a specific account status.

User Information

Each row in the table provides the following details.

Profile

Displays the user’s profile picture or default avatar. This helps administrators quickly identify users.

Name

Shows the full name of the registered user.

Email

Displays the email address associated with the user account. This email is used for account communication and login authentication.

Role

Indicates the role assigned to the user.

Examples include:

  • Admin
  • Company Admin
  • Agent

The assigned role determines the user’s system permissions.

Status

Shows the current account status.

  • Active - The user can access the platform.
  • Inactive - The user account is disabled and cannot log in.

Available Actions

  • Edit User - Click the Edit icon to update the user's information, role, or account status.
  • Delete User - Click the Delete icon to permanently remove the selected user from the platform. Delete user accounts only when they are no longer required.
  • Add User - Click the Add User button to create a new user account. The system opens the user creation form where user details, role, and account status can be configured.

Best Practices

  • Assign users only the permissions required for their responsibilities.
  • Keep user information up to date.
  • Regularly review inactive user accounts.
  • Remove accounts that are no longer required.
  • Verify assigned roles before creating or updating users.
